We design and deliver engagement and communications strategies to support contract delivery, build alliances and showcase programme management success.
We have designed and led integrated comms projects such as media strategies, workshops, focus groups and audience segmentation, and have carried out engagement and comms work in Albania, Bangladesh, Egypt, Ghana, India, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Nigeria, Oman and Pakistan.
Project examples
We led the USAID communications and engagement strategy for the reform of the education sector, working with the Ministry of Education in Lebanon, based on comprehensive stakeholder mapping, audience segmentation, alignment of engagement tools and building alliances for change. The communications plan was core to the successful delivery of the project, building a lasting alliance for reform.

We are currently leading the communications plan for the World Bank education project in Kazakhstan working across education stakeholders to support reform, build alliances for success and enhanced confidence amongst recipients of reform, focussing on a communications strategy, road map and key service tools for delivery.
