We are skilled trainers and facilitators, having designed and delivered masterclasses, workshops and training courses for clients to develop their teams' professional skills in project and programme management, bid writing and donor contracting.
Project example
We have built an extensive portfolio of training and mentoring services. We have provided targeted workshops for senior education stakeholder on donor contracting, supported contract deliver workshops and specific training on how to write bids and develop storyboards
Recently we designed, developed and led a series of four masterclass training workshops for senior Cambridge Partnership for Education staff, focussing on strategic capacity development, market analysis and successful education donor bid development. Over the last year we have led 15 workshops for over 300 staff.
We also provide dedicated coaching and mentoring support for senior staff.
